If it gets to the point during a sim in the morning and he is DFA and he refuses demotion to AAA, they are manually released by me. I have posted numerous times about that and warned guys as well. otherwise, I think you can just continually waive a guy over and over but he's still on your 25 man and getting paid. So while it seems silly, it's basically harmless in the end.
