Updated, some minor signings. New year, new scouting reports on your guys, and we are getting closer (finally!) to a new season.

This kind of stings. SP Schilder decided to RETIRE at 27 instead of taking $25M to play 3 years in Chicago. This is after Oike declined my offer to play for $20M less over 3 years.

I also offered Vazquez $28M over 3 years and he also decided it was best if he retired....

I cant find a fucking starting pitcher...

anything change with the scouting numbers?

i have a SS in AAA who is 197 defensive rating @ 1b and 133 @ SS, lol

Need some help with OOTP.

I think my messages are all screwed up. Almost all my new messages are related to transaction news and updates to other teams. Furthermore, the pictures on the right hand side dont match with the name in the message. For example, I got a message from Mike Powers that says he has enjoyed playing at Carolina and wont take a minor league deal. On the right hand side is a picture of Akihisa Rin.

I have another message about a contract signed by Dudley from LV and the picture is of Hamada. Another update has a scouting report by Brad Owens (NY) on SP Jose Garcia. Almost all my updates relate to another teams activities.

Is there a setting I am doing wrong? It is frustrating because I dont seem to be getting any updates from my team. I have had several players sign but havent received any notifications.

I get all kinds of messages for "Mike" and other names of whats going on in their organization but havent seen any of my own.

I just took a look at my team for the first time in two months and they apparently knew I was unavailable and never worked out, practiced, studied film or anything. Almost the entire organization has regressed. Dave, can I hire you to run my team?

my team looks like a special olympic squad. I'm overpaying for a CF because I literally have none in my system
