also you cant owe the banks 10Billion and be worth 4.5 billion..
He may only have 150-250m in cash. I do not doubt he is worth billions with his company and properties he owns and/or the royalties he gets just for having his name on a building

http://gawker.com/donald-trumps-grossly ... 1711718182

Two things in particular jump out in Trump’s “Summary of Net Worth” document: First, his single most valuable asset is apparently the Trump brand and the licensing deals it brings in. He values Just Being Donald Trump at more than $3.3 billion. According to Forbes, his brand is only worth $125 million, plus “another $128 million in management fees for Trump-branded hotels.”

Second, in his list of liabilities, he counts loans and mortgages only on real estate owned 100 percent by him—and, as we’ve seen, much of what says “Trump” on it isn’t wholly owned by The Donald himself.

“Typically Mr. Trump, having once lost his shirt, risks little money but earns a profit—paid only after lenders and partners get their money back—by acting as developer and promoter,” the Wall Street Journal noted in 2000.

And what if those developments never turn profitable? Trump doesn’t like to talk about that. In a 2007 deposition for the O’Brien lawsuit, he asked lawyers, “Would you like me to say, oh, gee, the building is not doing well, blah, blah, blah, come by, the building — nobody talks that way. Who would ever talk that way?”

Forbes also argues that Trump is wildly overvaluing his clubs and his golf course chain—to the tune of about a billion dollars—and rightly declines to credit him $300 million for properties that haven’t been built yet. In terms of assets that can be confidently confirmed, Trump has $300 million in cash and securities, and owns about $3 billion dollars worth of real estate. By their math, the math of the haters and losers of the world, Trump is worth 4 billion dollars, or less than half of what he claims.

It's easy to say. Just hard to act on, at least for me. The wife and i grew up with nothing so we savor everything we have anf it would be difficult for us to put that at risk. If I didn't have a wife and kid it would possibly be a little different. My big risk is deploying again as a civilian to make better money.

I do admire people that came up like I did and are able to take those risks and make tons of money. I just wish I had the balls to do it.

If anything it's a bit of a statement of his willingness to take risk.

The person who's never failed because they've never stepped out of their comfort zone is far less appealing than someone who has tried and failed, in my eyes anyways

But failing over and over isn't a sign of being willing to take a risk--it's a sign of not knowing what you're doing. If it's not real-estate related (and sometimes even if it is) he has failed.

So, Trump doesn't know what he's doing in regards to business /making money?

Shel, I'm not going to do this with you. The information is out there. Do your own research. If you want to debate (not argue), then present your opinion and produce hard facts to back it, while producing facts to refute what I've posted. Otherwise, you're simply trolling and I'm not going to play into it.

WTF does it matter if he's good/bad at business? How does that make him qualified to be the prez? He's a bullshit artist plain and simple and he's gotten middle class white america to vote against their own self interest. Even his own party doesnt want him in the white house.

Don't be so afraid of differing opinions dude, geez. Stop with the "trolling" nonsense, it's your go to move, and it legit makes no sense right now, you don't seem level headed enough for this conversation right now if that's what you think I'm doing..

He's worth an estimated $4 billion. Hard to argue that a dude who built that much wealth is not a good businessman and all he does is fail. How does one fail that much and gain that much wealth at the same time?

Now I wanna man hug you! :D It's not that hard if it is something you are used to, like you playing with peoples money. Now THAT is something that would scare the shit out of me. I would feel horrible if I lost someones money on a bad investment tip (or however that shit works). I'd feel more horrible about that then if I was to lose a limb because of a bomb dropping by me.

I was play COD with Bama and AJ and was telling them about one of my nights here. ISIS took over a city and right after they tweeted it out a bomb dropped on them. Bama probably laughed a little too hard, but so did I when it happened.
