Exactly. They have that view now before it pans down into the line of scrimmage.
I have learned over the years to not read any of this shit and not get to excited about it because it seems like they add all this unnecessary shit and fuck up every single small thing that makes the game awesome.
Fuck EA and fuck this game until it goes back to its roots!!!
Sorry, I just had an AJ moment...but its true.

I'm not so sure they needed to reduce the ratings and amount of recruits (although certain positions were unbalanced)...moreso how good the computer was at getting players.
For all the work they say they are doing with attributes I hope they are making them more important during the game and not just for simulations. Guys with 65 CTH should be dropping a lot more balls than they do and I think another one would be awareness being more important; seeing more guys react late.
And of course making the game a little more balanced

seems like they're spending large amounts of time on the online dynasty when i actually thought that was one of the best parts about 09

There might already be posted, but with my slow laptop at school, I did not feel like sifting through 10 pages to see.
Anyway, these are from 2 individuals that attended the Community Day Event about a month or so ago and their take on "Defensive Assistance" and "Player Lock"

Fellow Utopian oweb26 was able to grab a photo of the back of the box which provides us the "Feature Sneak Peak":
- Prove your pride nationwide in the ultimate showdown of school spirit!
- A revolutionary, in-depth Create-a-School mode.
- Artificial intelligence that reacts to your strategic gameplay decisions.
- Innovative defensive controls that will change the way you play the game.
- All-new risk-reward gameplanning.
- A new edition to the EA SPORTS broadcasting team bringing in-depth sideline reporting.
Some of the features mentioned we already have some of the details on but certainly some of them come as a nice surprise to the community.

So, EA has claimed that they're giving us the small stuff and will save the "big news" for later on.
But if this is true, basically EVERY new feature they've put on teh back of the box, they've already talked bout, except for create a team.
So, this is all we get. Ah well, it'll still be great, but i was hoping for more good news.

Will create-a-school work in the on-line dynasty? I used to make Vermont Tech back in the day with Virginia Tech as my rival.

Good to see create-a-school back in. Austin Peay will now be back in the game.

Create a school might be pretty cool if you can bring in the online dynasty aspect of it. Everyone start out as a brand new school and see who builds it up to dominance first.
Other than that, I cant say Im "counting the days" until this drops.

There was a thread on the IU boards about them not having IU's stadium expansion in the game this year. That's no surprise since it won't be officially open until the 2010 season. But it appears that Ball State's renovation won't be in the game either and it's been done for two full calendar years.

It would be GREAT if you could bring the "create-a-school" online, but know EA . . . they haven't thought of that.
Know EA, it will be like "Campus Legend" mode.

More quotes:
Quote from Russ Kiniry "Actually coverage is something that has been worked on a good bit the last couple weeks. A lot of attention has been paid to those deep safeties and how they play... so yes we are looking into making sure the coverage is better overall, but also takes a players ratings into account more as well.
I just hope they can fix the coverage where a fast WR will get wide open deep EVERY play. DBs should be smart and realize and give the faster guys a little cushion. Not to mention, accuracy on deep passes needs to be toned down, for about the 20th year straight now, lol.
The CPU Passing logic got a bit of a rewrite a few weeks ago and they will test you down the field, I actually just had SMU on the field to check out a pretty open passing attack and it was nice to see them throw some deep outs and posts down the middle of the field."
That's good to hear. I havent played against the CPU's offense in AGES.
