So just read an article... If Stanford beats UCLA at home, and Kent State beat Northern Illinois, Kent State will make a BCS Bowl.


So the 10 BCS teams will be:
Championship: Notre Dame vs Alabama/Georgia
Fiesta: Kansas State vs Oregon
Sugar: Rutgers vs Florida
Orange: Florida State vs Kent State
Rose: Nebraska vs Stanford

this year i was hoping to get the national title tickets but with ND involved, thats not going to happen

So are you a Penn State fan or a ND fan?

Sadly denounced PSU completely, right around a year ago. No way I could support an administration that operated like they did. ND / UC are the only other football programs I've ever paid a ton of attention to. UC, mostly because they are local and easy to go see. ND was actually the 1st school I was ever a fan of. I never wanted to be an OSU fan (living in SW OH) and ND games were always on nationally. The PSU thing came about a few years after I started watching ND, when I found out that a good portion of my older family (grand parents, etc) attended/played there. When they joined the Big 10, it setup the natural rivalry with OSU, so it gave me a reason to hate OSU/Michigan equally. Over the years, I've probably had 2-3x more ND merchandise than PSU, mostly because it's easier to get. I've had to accept from Day 1 in the NDL that I'll never get ND and be able to return some quality option football to them. Golson / Wood would make a helluva new age version of the late 80s Tony Rice attack. Rice is by far my favorite college player ever and another fav was on those late 80s teams. He was an awesome linebacker. I remember picking my first football number because of him. Same first name, perfect last name for an LB... Michael Stonebreaker.

Im sure they will be available in the future. Im an Irish fan so I wont give them up easy. In the past I always picked best team available. Even when I had LSU for all those seasons it was because I was trying to get to the NC game. Finally I made it twice with the hated Trojans and then I started waiting for a team to dynasty for good. I went with Notre Dame as a fan and because they were a B rated team at the time and I knew I could just play with them and not worry about wins and losses because B teams are pretty easy to keep. Then Brian Kelly came along and Im back to 10 win goals . So Im sure they will be available sometime in the next version when I get fired. I also would most likely give them up if I win a National Title with them but I wouldnt count on that happening. If neither of those things happen then Im in it for the long haul.

I felt genuinely bad after this season's draft. Had a Husker fan right behind me and took Nebraska. Completely my fault. Didn't even pay attention to the teams behind me and just took the team that looked like the most fun. I knew there were a lot of Nebraska fans in the league, but didn't even realize 1 was the next pick. Trying to do my best to get a good enough grade that I can reenter the draft and give them up. But I think I might be trapped into a spot where I'll need to keep them, because if I enter the draft, I won't have a good enough pick to get an enjoyable team. A lot of it is on me. If all I cared about was winning, I could be a 1-2 loss team. Instead I've tried to have some fun with them running pistol / spread option, just to keep things interesting. When I only play the game for league games, I figure that I want to have fun and enjoy it.

Very good player, but the Heisman talk is simply ridiculous. Kevin Minter's numbers are at worst, comparable to his, and most people probably don't even know who that is.
