Look everywhere. You will most likely have a new home warranty but easier to fix before getting in there. Also highly recommend a 3rd party inspector about 2 months before your warranty is up and then hand that list to the builder.

Can't believe it's almost a year already for us.

I love watching the kids play.

My son is hooked on it.

Its so cool seeing his reactions and realizing they are near his age in his 3rd year of baseball and getting better each year.

I know our scouts differ quite a bit but I have him as a yellow... accurate?

Overall? Yea hes a solid yellow for an R league player.

Solid green, fringe blue potential though with low work ethic, high prankster, and high outspoken ratings.

whats with kids and scooters? i work at an elementary school and kids are riding scooters down the hall all the time and dont get in shit.
