It is Japanese. The Asian Market grocery store here did not have Cass or O.B. Cass is good by itself but add a shot of Soju in it and it becomes smooth as hell and tastes pretty damn good.
No Hite?

Nope. Sapporo and Nipon were the only two to choose from

Seinfeld is coming to Netflix in 2021. What amazes me is the amount of money these streaming services pay for shows like The Office, Friends, and Seinfeld. Reports were 100 mil to keep Friends for this year and Hulu was spending 160 for Seinfeld. Plus all those syndication deals with TBS and Other channels. Shows like that make bank for years after.

I never realized they paid that much for the series. So M*A*S*H must be still killing it, they've been in syndication for 4 decades

It likely depends on the audience/reach of the channel paying for the syndication. M*A*S*H is only on TVLAND and Sundance at this time. I would imagine those channels pay less (because they make less) but that the show is willing to take that as it's just income at this point. Conversely, when M*A*S*H was on for an hour every weeknight on Fox when I was growing up (7-8 pm in syndication every night) I would expect a deal like that to be worth much more due to national coverage on a major basic cable channel (in today's dollars).

Having big shows like this keep people on Netflix while the number of other streaming options keeps increasing. The Seinfeld question, in my mind, would be whether their syndication deal with TBS/other channels ends at that time and Netflix has it exclusively? I expect it is only the streaming rights?

Speaking of subscription services, Apple Arcade releases this week.

$5 a month for the entire family and a library of over 100 games to start and more added weekly. No ads, no micro transactions, and family safe.

Easy yes in our household for little ones and their limited gaming time across multiple devices like iPads, iphones and apple tv.

These are games in the style of just mobile apps/games? Not a home gaming thing?

Combination of both but yes mostly iPad/iphone mobile games with some AppleTV enhanced ones in there.

Also game console controller compatibility which is nice.

I would say no to exclusivity. Just streaming rights only. Office has never left TV nor has Friends while exclusive to Netflix.

After alot of my childhood music icons died this past week in Eddie Money and Ric Ocasek this makes me have hope that the glimmer of my youth is still alive.

How do you fry something 4 different ways? I can understand if it is using 4 different types of oil. But 4 different types of fried food is just voodoo crazy talk
