Seems like Sheltown is the only team we ever play in the playoffs
Who do we play in round 2?

Vegas went 11-1 down the stretch to ice the Minutemen. More times than not I have to imagine 88 wins is enough to make the playoffs so definite tough break for El Jefe. Overall I think Vegas played at a damn near .700 clip from August 1st on

Yea well deserved as they got hot at the perfect time. Will that carry over into the playoffs?
Omaha and philly played spoiler for Boston as if we can't beat those teams we don't deserve a ticket to the dance!
Congrats Randall

It was a weird season, and all of the sudden, the team started hitting and pitching well in August and September. I guess the Outlaws are a slow team out of the gates, and hopefully this will not be a first round exit again like the last time Vegas was in the playoffs against Dillonville...wishful thinking.

Appreciate it, and Las Vegas had to go almost perfect to stay toe to toe with you. I actually thought you made it when you took two out of three in Boston, and for winning 88 games, and not make the playoffs... just a huge surprise with how many good teams are in the National League. Good season!

Sheltown vs Port Orange: Port Orange took the season series 4-2. Pierre Page back in the lineup, Castaneda returns in 3 days, and Calvin Jamison is still Calvin Jamison. While that gives the Shockers some hope, Port Orange is still too well rounded and wins this one easily.
Richmond vs Alabama: Teams split the season series 3 games a piece. For Alabama, it will come down to whether their starting pitching can hold up. Assuming they go with Jenkins, Polanco, and Potts at least. Both Jenkins and Potts have 5+ ERAs in the postseason. On Richmond's side of the equation, they have to love the experience Lehman and Moran bring to the table and Beatty has gone 8 innings in his last two postseason starts. Think this one stays close and have Alabama closing it out in a final game
