I will provide a laundry list of evidence (not feelings, not guesses, not beliefs) that prove that DUI/DWI laws are outrageously stupid in this country. It will take up a significant portion of my day to do this.

Yet, in five seconds, I will "lose" the argument to anyone who mentions ANY silly anecdotal story about some relative, friend, or peer that was hurt/killed by someone who was drunk. If I had you at 99.9% after listening to my passionate speech about how you should turn on your government's DUI laws, you'd just fly back to 0 and start waving the pom-poms you were so purposely handed.

I know why, too, and I won't fight this battle because it is a loser every time.
move here trendon, driving and driving is legal here.

Last thought so you don't think I am crazy: I don't think it should be "legal" or approved of.

That's all I'm asking. The laws themselves could be backwards, wrong, or improperly enforced in their current version, but as long as you agree that the concept of drinking and driving is wrong and there should be some law against it, then that's all I was getting at.

Swinging it back my way, I also think the way we act and think of DUI/DWI is amusing. It''s not that bad.

I love seeing Travathan and Woodyard playing together. Makes me wonder how great it would've been to have had them both at the same time.

Nope. The amount of film study and preparation he puts into each game and each play is unfathomable.

And yet I am constantly arguing with people who think I am crazy when I say athletes are underpaid.

To me I am not even amazed as much about this physical skills even though they are amazing, but the preparation and recognition of getting into the right play and know what the D is doing is incredible to watch.

His accuracy is pretty ridiculous too.

Denver has the schedule to finish the regular season undefeated--out of there remaining schedule the chiefs week 13 looks like the biggest stumbling block because Denver when it was clear they were the better team have stumbled at arrowhead.

week 4-eagles(home)
week 5- cowboys(away)
week 6- jaguars(home)
week 7-colts(away)
week 8-redskins(home)
week 10- chargers(away)
week 11- chiefs(home)
week 12 patriots(away)
week 13 chiefs (away)
week 14-titans(home)
week 15-chargers(home)
week 16- texans(away)
week 17-raiders(away)

I was having this discussion with someone while we were watching the game in class last night. In a matter of less than 2 seconds, Manning recognized the SS starting to fly back to single high coverage, noticed the man indication, pulled a quick glance and signal to Welker and Thomas for a pop screen and fired it off. No other QB in the league is operating that fast and efficient at the LOS.

good luck with that

the real question is "whats the line on the game when the bye week ( i mean jaguars) roll into mile high week 6? its got to be 21 at least.

Interesting choice going Chiefs there. There's some stumbling blocks well before that. And I don't trust the dink and dumper Smith.

Cowboys
Chiefs
Pats
Texans

All possible slip ups.

None of these teams are better than Denver but wouldnt be surprised if a slip occurred against one of them.

If the Colts defense continues playing well, Week 7 in Indy could be very interesting.
