Are you insinuating it does not border the Atlantic Ocean? Because it does.

I don't know what else it could be, because he said, "this is tough stuff" ???

It is the whole pile of crap reply on why he has been delayed in his response efforts because its "tough stuff" and its "across an ocean!" yet he has been fire storm tweeting over a game and people taking knees.

Come on Reign Jr.!

Eh, we're talking about Trump here. That was nowhere near an "oh man" and big bolded font quote. I would have glossed right over that part and thought nothing of it.

Now the tweet about how Puerto Rico has massive debt that still has to be dealt with, THAT deserved some bolded font and an "oh man"

Yeah maybe Im missing it too. I mean, getting aid to PR has got to be a logistical nightmare, no?

Has to be tougher, I'm so confused.

I'm wondering if Corey is covering as he did indeed think it didn't border the Atlantic Ocean. Hmm!!!!

This is what we do! We point out all the fun statements, idiotic tweets, and ridiculousness of our leader of the free world for 84 pages and NOW we are "missing it".

I'm leaving now...losers!

OMG

We can send missiles thousands of miles, have technology greater than anything this earth has ever seen, cargo planes capable of supplying enough things for an entire state yet a body of water is now the reason the aid effort has been slow.

Thats tough stuff!!!

Couple of honest questions.

1. Was there even a delay in aid or just a delay in Trump talking about it?

2. I certainly could be wrong, but can our country really not send aid to help Florida or Texas or a US territory until the President says so? I have a hard time believing that.

I'd have to do more research but I believe the state has to ask for the help. Keeps the federal government from meddling into state business. But I find it hard to believe that PR didn't ask right away

From everything I've seen on Twitter, FEMA has been out there pretty early. So again, I could be wrong, but I honestly question if there was an actual delay in aid or did everyone assume there was a delay because Trump did not talk about Puerto Rico for a few days.

True story, I found a few of these articles, talking about how the support has been there without delay:

http://thehill.com/policy/defense/35244 ... uerto-rico

Then I came across 2-3 completely different articles in a row talking about being 1 week in or so with no relief in sight. Each of the 2-3 articles were on CNN.com. Fitting.
