I love watches but damn does it get expensive so I stopped with the 4 nice watches and 2 that I had for when I was in the Army (Iron Man). I have two Bulova watches, one Seiko and one Citizen.

So now I like to buy different whiskeys, bourbon and ryes. Also, different cigars

I don’t think I’ve drank 325 cans of beer in my life let alone different types. Jeez.

Most local breweries here have stickers. When I go to a new place I but their sticker and put it on my cooler

I also go on an annual golf trip with a bunch of buddies from high school, ideally at nicer courses/resorts (northern Michigan has some excellent golf). Is like to start collecting flags from there course/resort

i smoke an ounce (28 grams or 28 blunts) in 3 days. thats my problem.

That's funny! I remember the first playoffs I ever made Dan asked to see the stamina of each bullpen arm. I think Reign was commish at the time and he was like WTF

I dip. Was a Grizzly man for years. Switched last month to Longhorn. Buy a pint jug and meal prep my dip now. The pint tub is 12 cans worth. Cut my dip bill on half. 14 and change for a tub VS 18 for 5 cans. Taste is similar to Groz before they went to metal cans.

All of that makes sense... and none of it every crossed my mind as something that people who dip would do.

Then again, when I grew up, it was Redman chew for the farm kids, Kodiak for dippers and Skoal Bandits for the pretenders or kids that were trying to hide it from their parents/teachers.

It’s a pain in the ass but when you dip close to 2 cans a day. Cutting your dip bill in half is huge savings. If I could afford it Copenhagen mint is damn delicious. Keep everything in fridge to keep fresh.

the only ppl who dip in Toronto are kids who play hardball. its so rare other than that demographic.

A pack of cigs here in Tennessee is about 5.50. 14 bucks for 12 cans of dip is damn good. There is cheaper stuff bout 99 cents a can but shit is brutal. Don’t see how smokers afford it.

I'm about as boring as it gets...

- I don't collect stuff. Still have my cards and a bunch of magazines from my youth. Cards aren't worth what they are printed on now. Some of the magazines are pretty fun to look at (Ken Griffey's rookie run, Pete Rose gambling, Tony Mandrich "The Incredible Bulk" and "Incredible Bust," and tons of Bulls and Orlando Magic stuff.
- TBH, I'm absurdly cheap, unless it's something that I absolutely want. Cars, sports, video games or buying sports related stuff for my kids... I'll typically overlook prices and target quality.

- I have a couple mixed drinks every month or so. Has to taste good. I don't drink to get drunk. If I'm wasting calories, it better be worth it.
- Never smoked a cigarette, cigar or pipe. Grew up with both parents as smokers and hated it. Kept my bedroom door closed and Febreeze handy.
- Don't smoke weed. Had nearly unlimited access to it growing up. Full access to a garage that always had at least a garbage bag of it. Yes, garbage bag. Th family of my father's closest friend were some of the biggest producers in the region. (still are today)
- Haven't had a dip/chew in almost 20yrs.

When it comes to vices and such, it's all adrenaline / gambling. I used to race everywhere I could. Track, strip, street, highway... didn't matter. Outside of screwing around a bit in my truck, 3-5 times, I haven't done any of that since I had my G8 5+ yrs ago. Gambling is the same. Haven't been to a casino in just over 2 years. Played a little online poker last summer and prior to that it had been since the shutdown. Haven't played in a casino since '15ish. Haven't put serious effort into DFS since '15-'16.

A lot of this all goes back to my upbringing. Lower income, always in trouble, father was more concerned with alcohol/weed and his friends, than his family, and I worked from 12yrs old on for anything that I wanted. Mom couldn't afford name brand stuff, so I got whatever the coolest thing at Family Dollar/Kmart was. Didn't get my first pair of Nike's until I got the team basketball shoes in HS and I know my mom worked her ass off at 2 jobs to make that happen. Meanwhile, I knew how much my dad made and how much he pissed away at the bar and the liquor store. So having 2 kids now, I fully intend to give them everything that I wish I had. They won't be spoiled and overwhelmed with non-sense/excess, but I'll do what's necessary to support their interests (my daughter is going into her 4th year of USJO gymnastics training... I've got a damn bar in my living room about 5' from her piano).

I feel like I can’t find any other beers lately to get to 500 let alone their HOF worthiness.
