I believe the Southeast has Hardee's. Not really sure of where else.
Re: Random Discussions
I know Tennessee has Hardees. That Frisco burger was the shit and a go to of mine in college
Re: Random Discussions
Until chick fila hit, the line for Hardee’s breakfast for about 20 years was always 10-12 deep. Ghost town after breakfast.

Re: Random Discussions
We used to have Hardee's in Ohio. There are a few left, but not many.
I used to love their hot ham and cheese sandwich.
Chick Fila just opened here and the lines are ridiculous.
And them being the same company, such as Hardees and Carl's Jr, I know Darden restaurants are the same. You buy a GC for one and it works at any of them.
Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, The Capital Grille, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze and Eddie V's are all Darden restaurants.

24 cars at Chick-fil-a goes faster than 4 at McDonald's.
As someone that's spent a lot of time working on operational efficiency, time studies, and writing SOPs... I great pretty geeked about some of the stuff I've seen them do to manage their long lines at different locations.
I joke with my wife that they were in charge of handling the COVID outbreak, testing, treatment and vaccine would have been resolved by May.

It is downright amazing how they handle their lines.
There were 4 people out taking orders in 2 lines and it was moving very well.

Re: Random Discussions
I don't get the Chik-Fil-A rage. It's just okay at best for me. I've had their sandwich 4 or 5 times and I still am not impressed. I'd rather have a Subway sandwich, and I hate subway (probably worst sandwich shop of all)

Re: Random Discussions
Subway would be the last choice of any sub sandwich place.
And I said Chick fil a is okay at best, and that would be pushing it. I have yet to have anything good there, their fries suck, their chicken sandwich is dry, their chicken nuggets are not good (i need the pink slurry mix like McD's).

Re: Random Discussions
Fast as everyone has mentioned.
Easily the best customer service.
Solid chicken sandwiches and nuggets.
Great sauces.
Good shakes.
Definitely better then Subway

I think I'd rather have subway. I don't think their sandwich or nuggets are good. But I will say, I think ALL fast food chicken is crap (although Cane's wasn't bad the only time I had a bucket from them and only ate there b/c the wifey wanted to try it).
They are fast, i will give them that.

Re: Random Discussions
Not a fan of Jimmy Johns either.
My son works at Jimmy Johns. When he works long enough to get a lunch break he goes to a local sandwich shop about 2 miles away and brings the sub back to Jimmy Johns and eats it there in the dinning area.
