What the elite don't think about is this is the kind of stuff that strengthens his base. All the bashing in late night is the same as well. They talk about end the hate but there is nothing but hate spewing from their mouth.

I agree(ish). There is definitely hate from both sides. But the public figures that actually have a voice via tv shouldn't be trying to divide the country, even if some believe the president is doing the same. What was the campaign Moto, "love trumps hate"

I haven't seen any love from the left. And that was their slogan. Guess that went out the window with their poor candidate choice

that there is the problem. in order to keep viewership, they have to do what they have to do. How do you think FoxNews has stayed in business for so long?

I look past those people and look at the community, the people on the ground, and what inspiration the people are getting based on the awful narrative that is spewed by both sides. the whole process is as disappointing as my lack of desire to use capital letters on this forum.

I'm still not buying the North Korea thing. I've said it before, they have postured like this for a long time. The only thing different now is they have nukes and a rocket that can possibly get to Alaska/Hawaii. I am positive that we will preempt anything before they really start launching nukes. The US knows prior to every launch what type of rocket system is being launched thru intelligence. But if the little mental midget up there ever gets frisky and get ready to start WWIII the South Koreans will be the first in the country.

The last South Korean president (female that was removed due to corruption) had a 10-1 response for North Korea aggression. North Korea would fire a couple of rockets or fire a couple of artillery rounds and South Korea would respond with at least 10 rounds per round received. Not sure how the new president responds there now.

Same here, til I read that article that all of a sudden makes it seem like everything we thought about how incompetent they were isn't quite so.
