nick, just about all of Ohio was rooting for the Mavs including me. No one here wanted to see him win it all, especially in his first year there.
And he was not right. It goes to the point of him not owning up to his pitfalls.

Instead of lashing out at people, as a few others have already stated, sit there and admit that Dallas was the better team and they deserve the Championship!

And I was one of them blowing it up on Facebook. It was out of pure spite!

For the record, not one of us in the NDL have the slightest clue how Lebron really is as a person. The basketball player, icon, the persona, and all of that stuff is probably separate from lebron the actual person.

lol nick... people choose sides in championships always... mavs had the likeable players, heat had lebron... of course the majority of people will hop on and root for the mavs. people, including me, think lebron is a douche and want him to lose. im just happy for jason kidd, shawn marion, dirk, jason terry, and peja.

If my fav team cannot be there, then I love seeing teams win a championship for the first time in their franchise history!

You know when you're driving/walking home and you really need to take a shit and then you get home, squeeze and scoot to the bathroom and once you sit down you feel like life is at its highest point?

Comments about his persona are based on the image that he chooses to portray. If it's a problem, change your image. It's all about the choices he's made, actions he's taken and words he's said.

Dude, did you see the post game press conference?

EVERY question was about him choking or this or that. It was mostly Lebron specific, not even team related. If he got up and walked out, you guys would be calling him out for not facing the media after the loss.

They ask him questions about him and this situation. He answered them, explaining his actions. What else was he supposed to do? lol

i'm at the point where i think he really does care and he really wants to be the Tiger of the NBA, but he's too proud to admit that and instead he's lying to all of us and himself that he's cool with being the bad guy

He 'facilitated' the question about choking to Wade.

I do think he cares. I do think he's very aware that this all (not just the finals) has not unfolded like he wanted.
