An hour into car shopping with a 19 year old and I'm ready to kill someone.

While we were out of town his engine blew so now we have to find another vehicle for the knucklehead

I'll never car shop another day as long as I live. Hard pass.

fun fact, i dont even have my license. Well up here I have 1/3rd of it. you get G1(cant drive without someone else with a G license in car), then 8 months later G2 (Can officially drive), then finally 1 yr later a G (all restrictions to driving). Anyways I live so close to the subway station it was never really a need, but now I wanna move outta the city I need it. Course Covid shut it down so I have to wait, a current 2 year backlog, to get my license. So I'm sitting on a G1 and can get my license instantly but fucking cant cause ya.

only plus to covid for me is i focused on my credit and it went from laughably bad (632) to respectable (778).

Keep it up. Good credit is a good thing to have.

Good credit is a life saver! Jace trying to get a loan by himself and it was laughable the interest rate they tried to give him (21%). We cosigned and knocked it down to 7%, which is horrible but they factor in his no credit history into it

It will help him build credit too if he is on the loan.

100% he's on it. That was the purpose so he can build his credit so he doesn't need us anymore. Interest was 4.68%,

I've never been to Toronto or what kind of cities/towns are on the outskirts. But is it worth living in the city if you can find a place for a fraction of that cost 30 minutes out of city limits? Is Toronto that awesome? If so, I need to take a trip to see for myself
