"I'm pretty sure I know which of MY guys is better against RHP than you would"
this statement is terrifyingly hysterical. Does your sim have videos of every game so you see them play? cause last I checked this is a simulator with numbers lol.
You make no sense, which explains the ndl name
p.s I truthfully couldn't give a shit about your team. I just find it funny how you always have excuses. Its always 1 player having a bad time so your team is faltering which simply put is BS.

Jsence: Btw please show me where I said he was the only guy, I said he sets the table and helps my offense (
which is built around OBP and hits, not power) score runs
Jsence: As for Diaz, small sample size ftw! Not to mention
OPS v RHP is Gomez > Diaz
OPS = On Base PLUS Slugging
Slugging = Power
therefore, Jsence does build his teams around power.

im done. I think my brain is shrinking

Enjoy Cincy and Lolcats next sim.
Sheltown and the Windstorm still have 9 games left against each other, gonna be a great finish, and Houston is 1 game back as well. The race for the 2nd seed is also pretty tight between 5 teams, 2nd seed and missing the playoffs are awfully close.

2 sims ago or so I was .5 games back of the 2nd seed, right now I'm 1 game away from missing the playoffs. Yikes!

I saw that, The only good news is that we do have a good amount of games left and really control our own positioning. It be a great time for you to lose Patton and for me to take 2 games every series with you and Houston...lets go jinx.

Yes, me wanting a little power in my 1B who hits #3/#4 in the order means I build my team around power
Again, you know so much about my team....tell me which of these two you would start vs RHP, these are their on-base % and slugging % for the years 2024-2027 versus right handed hitters:
.333/.376
.331/.386
.310/.415
.403/.431
.372/.541
.346/.476
.275/.402
.336/.525
Go ahead and pick #2 like most of us would, and then realize that you're a dumbass manager because you think I should sit #2 for #1, because he has 66 ABs against RHB and has a .400 OBP while the guy who has 6 times as many ABs vs RHP has only a .336 OBP
Btw, there's a reason I'm the leader or near the top of the league the past 4 years in hits and walks and have one of the fewest Ks/HR totals in the league--I build for OBP. Building for OBP doesn't mean you forsake all power. You'd have to be a moron to think that. But....it's you we're talking about.

Oh rly?
heres the last 4 seasons ranking by league in hits/walks. notice where I am? notice where you are? even when I try to lose i finish 4th in the AL in walks and 10th, like 2 behind YOU the all knowing "leader of hits/walks". you are literally talking out of your fucking ass. Stop embarrassing yourself kid.
red is AL, blue is NL.
p.s i'll let the "moron" insult pass cause well... its you

I'm actually OK with this as our league was so pitching thin for a while there and our steroid Era may have just passed.
And wow on your post of talent that didn't sign.

When I say "league" I'm referring to my league, the one with tougher teams and that I focus on. The one where it tells me on my NDLOOTP page/OOTP team page my ranking in the categories, which is what I glance at to see how I'm doing vs the teams I'm fighting for a playoff spot with (really easy to find if you want to see it). I could care less about your league
4 year averages, 2027-2024
4.75 in hits (3/8/4/4)
5.5 in walks (1/9/4/8)
4.75 in AVG (4/8/3/4)
4.25 in OBP (3/7/3/4)
1.5 in fewest Ks (1/2/1/2)
4.75 in fewest HRs (9/3/4/4)
Seeing as my league has Chicago, Philly, and Cincinnati (and until this year, Vancouver), I'll gladly take those rankings.
Now please do me a favor and focus on your team. I'm busy having my sixth straight season where I'm .500 or better, even though I obviously don't know how to manage or put together a team.

must suck always having excuses, it's almost embarrassing man. You can't win games cause your #1 hitter is in a slump. You say you are "among the leaders yearly in hits/walks" so i post your rankings which are not among the leaders and then you tell me how theres like 6-7 teams better than yours. Then you post avg/obp which isnt what you said you said among hits/walks.
Theres always an excuse why you cant succeed. Always.
anyways have fun!

....what do I have excuses for? For how I'm putting together a team that has six seasons in a row running of .500 or better? I'm still waiting for you to tell me which of those two hitters you would pick

but amazing how you pick/choose which parts of what I say to respond to.

this all started because i told you that losing 1 player in a 9 man lineup isnt a big deal. 11% of the lineup apparently runs your high octane super bb/hit team.
Then I suggest Diaz to replace someone whos doing shit like say Kendall. you go, "wahh sample size".. thats arguably the stupidest thing you said. DUH!! you wont know if someone can sustain it unless they keep playing!!
Vs righties
Bill Phillips - IF - 85 AB - 271/354/365
Kendall - IF - 237 - 194/233/333
Phillips sample size might be "low" but an educated coach would see that someone with 237 abs vs righties with a OBP if .233!!! would consider a change. why not give the guy with 87 abs (1/3) and the .354 a shot? Like seriously? this is common sense 101.
Diaz - OF - 58 AB - 310/403/431
Oglethorpe - OF - 221 - 240/298/430
once again, small sample size but the guy is a monster thus far. Oglethorpe has shown dick and 403/1000 >> 298/1000.
I dont care what you do with your team, just dont insult my intelligence then make those snarky comments about how i know so much. I know how to adjust apparently you dont.
As for your stupid hypothetical, I dont care cause you never showed me ABs. It could be 10 abs to 300 cause youre so dramatic like that.

you picked for me man!! plus your question is so dumb. you ask me who id pick. duh #2 had better stats. I dont care that #1 had 6x as many abs you asked who i would rather have

.. if that was my team #2 would have more than 66 abs and the 1st batter wouldnt have around 400 like a smart coach would do
