Minus 4yrs of age, 6 wins and 2 titles.
Beyond that... the comparable stats included game 2 of the 2000 Finals where Kobe sprained his ankle and only played 9min. As far as the differences, most of the stats are fairly close, in total, with James getting a noticeable edge of 18 assists, but also have double the TOs. Otherwise, close.
Basically I was saying at the end of the day this season is over and -- with all hatred -- everyone else has to move on with their lives, good or bad. I do too," James said.
"It wasn't saying I'm superior or better than anyone else, any man or woman on this planet, I'm not. I would never ever look at myself bigger than anyone who watched our game. It may have come off wrong but that wasn't my intent."
LeBron can win 10 in a row and i 100% promise and give you my word, you'll never EVER see me change my tone about him (or make comparisons to MJ or nonsense like that). he's as good today as i think he'd be with 10 rings (unless of course his game made some dramatic leap, which is nearly impossible considering the level he plays at)
which is why i think its so funny you're getting so much satisfaction out of him losing. it really doesn't change anything.
Haven't had much time to post today for obvious reasons lol.
But catching up on this thread and I'm not gonna quote and bump every post, but Reign, you've gone off the deep end here.
Saying you'd take Paul, my favorite player, over lebron. Saying how your eyes were proven right even though this team got much further than your eyes seem to insinuate how well you said they'd do.

Good lord I'm glad I missed all of this lol.
please, for the love of god and the health of your children, don't get him going again... please
I just said I'd take the under on 64.5 and they wouldn't win the title. I also said that you can enjoy watching him disappear in the big game. Statistically, that's 3/3. And I've 12 months to rub it in.
And Reign, I understand that LeBron has not played well in the finals, however, you cannot deny the fact that he is one of the best players to ever lace up a pair of NBA shoes.
To get into a disucssion that he is better than Kobe or worse than Kobe or Derrick Rose or etc.... is hard at this point.
I understand that he may not be the most well spoken athlete, however, you cannot deny his talents on the court.
And, being honest, when is the last time he got in trouble off the court? Sure, his mom drama with Delonte...but he himself has never been in trouble.
Like you, I am upset that he left Cleveland and the way he did it is what I hate him for, however, as I stated in my last post, if you were to own a team today, how would you not want the guy on your squad is beyond me.
I simply cannot deny that he is one of the greatest. I am not saying the greatest.
But, in my opinion, if people would list out their top 10 basketball players of all-time, I bet he is on 90% or more of the lists that are created.

I've never denied him being the most talented player. I've said it repeatedly. The question asked, if I drafted a team right now, who would I take? I don't take Lebron #1. A large factor here is the position he plays and how he operates with in the team. I prefer team basketball, not 4 guys watching and 1 guy doing. I specifically stated that a reason why I would take Howard/Paul is because they are the premier player at 2 more important positions. This isn't a question of if you're drafting 1 guy to play 1 on 1, who would you take? It's about taking the 1st player to build a team.
I consider him a 'wing.' (SG/SF) Part of the reason that no superstar PGs have won titles recently is because they haven't been surrounded by great teams that can really compete with the Lakers (among others). Like him or not, Fisher earlier in his career was a pretty solid defender at that spot and helped to hold back a lot of those guys when they matched up.
I offered up my thoughts on what I would do if I took Lebron and I asked multiple times to hear what others would do, but no one has come up with anything. I believe I can build a better team with Paul as my PG, than having Lebron with the ball in his hands. He creates incredible mismatches for other teams, but he also makes juggling your own lineup a bit tricky.
