In one of the greatest coincidences I have ever experienced, at about 4PM yesterday, I was talking to a Dolphins fan about how much of a nutjob Incognito was and then we both agreed that he has become a changed man. No more than forty seconds later did I get an alert on my phone from TheScore saying he has been indefinitely suspended.

Anyway, to answer your question, if I recall, it was general sociopathy that came to a head.

Not trying to defend him, but dang, shouldn't that be confidential information?
None, I think. I don't know, though. I suppose it would fall under standard wiretapping/recording laws where you have permission to record a conversation provided you have consent of one person.Conveniently, that can often mean you/recipient.

Everyone does. And if you like to hear your phone go nuts every Monday at noon, add NFL alerts. You'll get a chirp every fifteen seconds as the MRI results pour in.

Yeah you lose those rights when you send texts or leave the voicemail to someone else, then they can use those against you.

So did they measure that spot? The yellow line was right there on the TV and looked short. You see how pissed Jared Allen got?

Funny stuff like that always has negative outcomes. I bet the NFL fines him.

It was not a first down and they moved the ball back to where it was before the kick.

What legal action can who take?

And why would a text message NOT be public knowledge?
I'll return the question with: Why should it be?

He is essentially getting fired from his job and who knows, maybe somehow it surfaces that the message wasn't from him he sues for defamation of character. Lol, yeah, like Incognito has character at all. I was just asking, not stating that his rights were taken away.

I see the point. Just seems there will be some legal avenue that can or will be pursued by Incognito if he finds someone smart enough to find an out.
