From the article I read, looks like LA Galaxy are the leading team, followed by NY Red Bulls. I didn't see any mention of Toronto.

Midfield/defense- 33
Forward- 30

2. MLS decides where to send these big names and will only send them to one of 4 teams;, LA, NY, Seattle or toronto.

Toronto will never get mentioned in these articles esp when theyre US based cause America has this weird disdain for talking about us

I'm leaning more towards the theory of him going to LA to replace Landon Donovan.
