No joke dude. She doesn't do it much anymore (just takes too long) but she has this noodle maker she got while she was stationed in Italy; you roll out the dough and turn a crank wheel and it cuts it into strips. She puts some herbs and garlic in with them....so damn good.

Haha fair enough.

I was so spoiled growing up....my mom was always making Italian food and desserts; now my sister and I only get meals like that for special stuff like our birthdays, etc. On second thought, I might have to add her venison ragu gnocci to my menu
