The reason this happens is because EA forgot to make the player leaving information "Upload" once you exit the menu. During In-Season Recruiting, when you exit back to the main menu, a little pop-up appears and it uploads your data.

The commish is the only guy who gets his players because when he advaces the week, it grabs his information, which is native, but doesn't for the other members since the game doesn't upload it to Xbox Live/PSN. It seems the only way to keep them is the method of talking to them in an offline file.

Before you do the offline business, there has been some problems with inviting people and it erases all the coaching information for your team and sets them to the default for the 2008 season. This could effect your coaching contracts and integrity, as you could be facing some really steep goals when you currently in a rebuilding stage for your team. I am way too drunk to handle this at the moment. I must wake up by noon, so unless you cannot wait, go ahead and sim. I don't recall if I said this in this league or not, but during the weekends, never fear simming me. Give me a break during the weekdays, but from Friday night until Sunday morning, tighten the rope a bit.

Basically it looks like it's best for everyone to just let the players leaving early go,commishes included, cause there isn't much we can do about it.

When will we be moving on to start the season. Got some stud 1 star recruits I am looking to try out with BYU's 105th place recruiting class...

Week 1 is up fellas...I messed up a little. I was going to schedule us all out of conference games against each other but somehow in the mad rush of the Offseason(haha) I skipped that... So GL in season 2 and we can shoot for that in season 3...

Im with you Marine...I was making promises to guys that are 60somes...Sad times...I had no idea you had to sit transfers for a year on the game..So my two best guys are on the bench..LOL

guys...ive been disconnected twice and just figured out that myh wife had limewire running and it was on use max bandwidth. so sorry about that. I was up 28-3 in the first game and 17-0 in the second. now watrch me lose this one.
