As far as the site goes...i have no preference, not familiar with either.
I'd say keep the wagers between 1-5 units....start with 250 possibly? 100 may not last long if someone has some serious crappy luck. 1000 isn't really necessary. I think the starting point should be low enough that guys won't just throw out tons and tons of 5 unit picks without any consequences.
I'd say no playoffs. Mainly because the season is so incredibly long and by then it's into football season and I no longer care.

Everyone would "start" with zero. No bankroll. Most units accumulated at the end of the season would be the winner.

Ok, didn't realize negative balances were fine. In that respect it doesn't really matter. Just was thinking that it'd help control betting. If someone starts getting down all they will do is start better 5 units on every game every day and either get horribly horribly out of it or the opposite (which I know isn't likely).

Also, I was in one for NFL football. It was $25, there were 12 people, and no money was collected. At the end of the season, each of the 11 losers sent money to the winner. I thought that was nice. Of course, we were all able to be trusted, as I suspect we would be here.

no playoffs, regular season only.
I would say covers is a good place to do it, no changing units so if you make a bet it's the same everytime

i say limit it to 2-3 plays a day,and make it 1 unit each. baseball with money lines, its going to change alot when you have guys laying -200 or higher on some teams and those dont come in. is there a way to have the closest odds games only like they do in there contest?

This is getting pretty complicated.
Can i just post bets and follow who is winning a lot and then go from there?

in the contest you wouldn't be able to see anyone else's plays until after they started

I'm torn because I'm going to spend $100 to be in this.
Then an additional $200-$300 to start a bankroll and i have to play my picks of course in case i actually do well.
Lots of cash but that's why they call it gambling!!!

why are people making this seem so difficult. Only regular season, 1 unit, bet however you want lol. You can't see plays until they've started and who cares if people take -200's, you know how often they lose? a lot.

We can start small - say $25 or $50 - and everyone is responsible for sending money to the winner.

Note: You will notice the contest end date goes well into the playoffs. We will end during the regular season.
This allows room for any postponements, extended regular seasons, or needed tiebreakers.

Email me.

These are just fake money bets until the totals are done at the end of the season and then the winner gets money from everyone else, no? So the most you lose is $25?

i think you are corect Joe. Just to see who is the best capper in baseball at end of season ( most units won, not exactly most correct in regards to moneyline baseball bets)

Cool. I'll have my other live bets on Sportsbook.com so didn't want to get involved in having to double bet places (or move money around).

I am good for anything from $25 to $100. I just want to make sure the winner gets at least $100.

Let's just say $20 each. I'm almost positive there's 8+ ppl so that's 160 min in a pot. Seeing as were all gamblers I doubt 20 will kill us lol. Just an opinion

i vote $25 a person so that all who expressed interest will do it, $100 seems steep for the group imo
