Best Buy is hosting an event on eve of the release (Monday at 8) where the first 200 people in line get to play MW3 before you buy it at midnight.

Here there will probably be 3 times that. We have a BB in east Louisville and in south Louisville, so both will probably get 500-1000 (metro has over one million people)

I guess I don't see the reason to line up when there are plenty of places that release it at midnight and you can walk-in and walk-out with it.
