It takes your 40-man roster; always has. It is why I am trying to make some trades with people to clean up my 40-man but everyone wants to trade Hall of Famers.
i dont want to waste moves on guys who i cant send down after spring training. i'd rather run with my 25 man roster
Yeah, we've run into this problem every season. Trendon used to go back and who ever we wanted moved back down but didnt have any options left, he'd manually do it. I believe one of the last two seasons we had, he said that was the last time because in "real life" thats the way it is. I've got a couple of guys that I'm going to have to release/waive or try and trade because I can't send them back down.
Yeah, I fixed it earlier on because we were unprepared for it but I kept saying that we would get away from that.

One thing I don't understand is the waiver wire process...why is it that whenever another team has a claim in on a particular guy, my claim immediately gets rejected? Once a team gets a guy off of waivers, aren't they supposed to go to the end of the line?

thought we were taking our time on this. all of a sudden draft is over?
Its been a week brother, how much time did you expect?

not sure brother.

you will find out that I am not very good at tearing this thing apart like you whizzes are.
I hear you. I think Trendon just got sick of having to try and figure out who was drafting and who wasnt. We probably could have spent a month figuring out the draft and still only be halfway done if we waited for everyone.

Well, it was too late once we got this far. It's a tough glitch/oversight in the game. I just can't be editing players constantly; it takes forever. I am trying to make trades to get around it myself.

Anybody ever use the thing where you go to your financials, then look at your "possible free agents" and see there demands for the next season?

Just wondering if you've noticed whether those demands were accurate or not.

If you go in to their player profile and click Action > Offer Extension, it will show their demands also. You can double-check there. You can always back out before actually offering an extension.
