I will not be present for the draft as it will be 8am Monday here, but will do my best to set up a queue. Does it recognize when you have filled a position and eliminate those players in future rounds so you don't end up with say 4 second basemen?

Generally speaking, yes. However, you might stock up on a position if it uses it to fill a utility or bench spot later on. If you do a good job of setting up your queue, you should be ok.

Not at all but one of the things I have always loved about our league is the depth and amount of coaches so the waiver wire isnt consistently stacked.

It always made you think if you wanted to drop that guy in April or give him time since the waiver wire is slim pickens!

Im good either way. I appreciate the amount of returning coaches as we have kept this going for 3 or 4 years now I think?
