Maybe I'm wrong and I'm the only one in the league who wouldn't, but I wouldn't dream of giving $40mil for the #1 pick in the draft THIS year.

So, no chance I'd give that for the #1 pick 3 years ago who on the field, who has had 3 years to show off his potential, and has yet to really do so. in fact, the pitcher gave up has shown much more potential, IMO. ANd by my scout is rated near Castillo.
