No. Had some talks during the season with I think 2 teams looking for deals for him.

I'm pretty glad i didn't ship him then. Seeing as how he's performed in the 2nd half, his price went up pretty high.

He could still be moved, but it won't be easy. A 23 year old who can play SS or 3B and hitting .326/.426/.528/.962 as a rookie.

He was good the first 3 months, then he's gone off the last 3:

July: .379/.481/.545
August: .341/.444/.560
September: .526/.591/.842 (only 6 games)

He is probably top 15 player right now.

I haven't really looked at the top guys, but that sounds about right. Like I said, he was a promising rookie playing well in the 1st half. But in the 2nd half, he's been a monster.

Yet another reason i cant understand this game.

Gibbons is a monster, putting up monster #s, yet his ratings appear average at best

The manual says that OSA is under funded and not all that accurate or something like that.

they have retards working there? I mean, you'd think a "top 15" type player would be recognizable by anyone who wasn't blind to have skills

this is my gripe too. I mean, OSA has that CLoser as horrible control, yet ALL of our scouts think hes the 2nd coming of jesus. I dont get how all of our scouts think so much of him, but the head scouts at the OSA think diff. Shit like that pisses me off.

Aria has a lot of wild pitches though... maybe OSA sees something our scouts don't

I just assume they model OSA to represent the Mets front office personnel.

I am hoping its part of the "rust" feature in the game. He has been better this last week.

Rust?

He played 4 years of college ball and has 9 years of mlb service. And he's 25.

Here's a busy dude.

Actually, what the hell am I talking about? I have enough prospect 3B to last me years. Really, all I need for next season is an outfield bomber. I am hoping someone can step up from the minors.

norcal goingto be inthe market for some middle relief arms, possibly 2. just want to see how these young kids in triple a will do at major league level. also possibly a shortstop, if we dont pick up the option on torres. his bat is ok at best, but his glove is nice.
