Fewer sleepless nights
No changing of diapers that have...stuff
Adjusting to their routine instead of making one from scratch

Miss the fun milestones
Miss the beginning of the talking/question stages (so much fun to be around)
Catching them after they know and possibly getting a very bitter kid

Am I missing anything?
