Yeah it'll be a slow process for sure...not having a great understanding of the finacies in the game is whats holding me back from really trying to put something together right out of the shoot. Slow and steady ha ha

Well plan to have 40 mil less at least next yr, So when getting players remember that.

New teams seem to have some pretty decent players.....

problem i see is a bunch of them seem to be 30 plus years old....

yeah, and with large contracts so the league won't trade for them in general. Almost have to just accept them for their contract duration and then work from there. After the draft and the FA that ensues after the draft, I think their minor league systems will be pretty good. Also the rule 5 draft is going to be brutal.
