I think this was the big issue. One complaint was that someone has time to post multiple times in OOTP threads but not in their scheduling thread.
You leave OOTP out of this. I have another championship to win!

if it is Nick we are talking about he already said he cannot play any of his games due to his account being deleted or something to the like.

Yes. He is having PSN account issues.

Well then can't he post this on all of the scheduling threads, for each of his 7+ opponents to know about? Is it just the OOTP people that know this information? Does this mean that all of his opponents can just have automatic wins so they don't have to waste any more of their time, attempting to track him down, while he just hangs out with the OOTP folk?

Oracle isn't in OOTP, and he knew. I'm in OOTP, I didn't know.

Of course that's what it means. You know how it works. Follow the procedures and then take your wins. Not that big of a deal

Should I just remove his conference commish status right now to make you happy?

Everyone knows that's precisely where you're going with this. per usual.

 you know whats great? They complain about me and OOTP.

8 games thus far. I played 1. I just created 4 schedule threads, and of the 3 left, I replied to 1 before, and spoke to the other 2 on AIM, so everyone was either spoken too, or i had to initiate the scheduling thread.

can i go back to posting in the OOTP now?

I think anyone in this thread that was talking about one user in particular was missing the point...

It actually makes me sad that there aren't even 124 owners nowadays ... and I am not even a member of the football portion of this league anymore. I just realized that a month or so ago when I clicked to check in on things. Some of you know the misunderstanding that led to me leaving the league and that's what is confusing to me; I left because I was so tied to the lore and history of the league as well as the school I chose to play as. I miss playing and felt guilty as all hell when things went awry.

But, I bet everyone has time for their fantasy leagues and regularly-scheduled TV shows. And, if you take a step back, what exactly do they bring to the table on a whole? Not much, I bet. But, I guess it is easier to explain to your wife/mom/self that you pissed away an hour watching a zombie network show rather than a PlayStation football game that's been around longer than 98% of the shows on TV.

Trendon, sometimes I read your stuff and just relate. Example: My wife comes home from work, I'm playing Madden, NCAA or COD. She shakes her head and says "Uh, you are playing AGAIN?" I look at her and say, yes, what is the problem and we argue a bit about it. Next day, she comes home I am sitting in the same damn spot, and the TV is on. Nothing in particular, she walks in, gives me a kiss, takes off her jacket, tells me a few things then sits next to me with her phone on facebook or pinterest or shit knows what else...WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

Anyway, I have played 5 games, this thread is counter-productive, nobody reacts to public call outs in a positive way, IMO...

Im glad Im not the only one who has this argument. My wife can read on her kindle and not move from the same spot for hours on end, I play a game for 45 min and Im the worst parent ever, lol, but if i spend a few hours on Netflix, she doesnt even notice.

Aside from the FB part, what is the difference between you sitting in the same spot and watching TV or playing a game?

Women!!!

My wife used to always get on me about being on my phone all the time. She never cared much about having a new/cool phone. Then she got an S3, and she's on that thing twice as much as I am nowadays, and I'm on a lot.

Same . . . she can jump back and forth from "Bejeweled" to "Family Feud" on the iPad for hours . . . but as soon as I say "I need to play a game" she responds with "really . . . right now?" . . . and the argument starts . . .

My wife has never once given me an issue about playing in the 13 years we have been together.

She will give me shit for playing shooter games and being a nerd versus playing a manly football game.

My girl says she would rather me be at home playing a game whatever it may be than out in the streets getting in trouble.

My wife feels the same way.
She knows $60 at a bar is 1-2 nights depending on which bar I go to compared to buying NCAA and playing it for months.
And with GameShare, $15 was awesome.
