Some of those are real funny. And ya, we have a college student who has had sex, and stole some food, it's pretty clear he is on the road to a life of crime. Seriously though, they should end his baseball season and probably suspend him for the Oklahoma State game for this is if you ask me. Even if this was a simple mistake, there should be more of a punishment that a little suspension and community service.

He seems to me to be the type of guy that was probably shocked that he got caught for something like this. I'd be willing to be some variation of "I'm Jameis Winston" or "You know who I am?" was thrown out there. The word "Heisman" probably also made an appearance.

You're right...except for the part about the seafood, you've never been more wrong about anything than that.

It's obviously all stupid stuff, but I do think a lot of us really do forget that they're just 20 year old dudes. they may be great at a sport and have a Heisman trophy, but they really are no different than you or me at that age.

How do you think the media would react if they found out Winston and a couple of friends were arrested for driving around wasted and leaving people's garbage cans at their front door?
