Yes. Indy will sign both those guys. Basically once he signs all his guys he can offer slot to both his 20/20
You're not following. My pick is technically the 5th, so if I don't sign him.. if I have a comp it's +1.. making it 6
When in reality it should be 3 + 1.. 4th pick next year.
Hopefully he signs and it's moot, but if not, there's going to be more adjustment needed next year

Yup, awesome pick kdog. Knucklers only need 2 pitches to be starters. Hes the first we've had with only two so should be fun to watch. 78 potential doesn't hurt.

Just sign him so we don't have to deal with that.

I was wondering if we've ever had a solid knuckler who only had 2 actual pitches.
Some have had 3, but a weak 3rd, like El Duque who is on my team now but had good years with Cincy.

I was a little torn making my pick with Hayes still available. Felt Carlos Cruz was the safest but wasn't overly enamored with him, and just couldn't pull the trigger on Hayes even though he started off number 1 on my initial board...only head scrather for me so far is Indys selection who I was shocked to see not select Cruz after he put Nick Byrd on the fast track to the majors and selected another college player with his first round picks last year

I wanted to pick him but he was asking for way too much money.
