He got curious as a 15 year old. I don't condone what he did but there is a little overreaction on the deal but it is what it is

Wait what?

At 15 you know what you are doing is wrong.

Curious or not.

I am all about moving on and letting guys change and recognizing their mistakes but let's not minimalize his actions.

Coug, please tell me you're just not well versed on the details of this situation.

He molested a kid over the course of 2 years from 4 to 6 years old. The details are utterly gross. You thinks these quotes below is just a 15 year old getting "curious" and everyone else is overreacting?

The girl told investigators that inside Heimlich's bedroom, he pulled down her underwear and "touched her on both the inside and outside of the spot she uses to go to the bathroom," according to court records.

"She said that she told him to stop, but he wouldn't," the documents state, and that "it hurt" when he touched her.

Prosecutors initially charged Heimlich with two counts of molestation for incidents between September 2009 and September 2010, and between September 2011 to December 2011. In Washington, child molestation in the first degree is a Class A felony.

"She said that the first time the respondent touched her she was four years old and that she was six years old the last time he did this," according to court records.

The reason it came up was because he didn't register in Oregon within 10 days. Family tried to keep it quiet as he was 15. He was a homeschooled kid, not sure why the high school he played for didn't know. At least that's what their AD stated. All in my neighboring district

That was the original report, which turned out to be inaccurate.

From what I gather, The Oregonian was doing a story on him and did a routine background check, and basically someone botched it as that info was supposed to be confidential but somehow was turned over to The Oregonian.

Not that we should feel sorry for him, but it looks like just really bad luck screwed his shot at going pro in baseball

Game time!!!

LSU's #1 and #2 SP won't pitch till game 2 and 3. Our #3 and #5 is hurt, and #4 pitched Saturday. College teams don't carry many guys who start a lot of games.

We're going with a dude who has pitched 14 innings with an 8.59 ERA this season.

Yes, definitely this.

I had a nice run with my Louisiana teams.

LSU 6 for 6 in title games/series - 91/93/96/97/00/09
Saints 1 for 1 - 2009
LSU 2 for 2 - 2003/2007

Then 2011 happened, and LSU didn't get to the 50 yard line against Bama. All that Championship success, but that one ruined me. 1st championship since that debacle.
