My current one. I've had it for nine years and I really can't see myself moving on anytime soon. It's spotless and runs perfectly. I love this thing. Of course, this isn't the actual one I drive.



My first ride. What a bucket. But I loved that thing. It was simply known as "The 88". A lot of good times were had in that thing. Mine was tan with the brown vinyl roof and almost in the same condition as this one. Pimpin.

True story, when I was doing my student teaching in Nashville, there was a hellacious tornado that hit Clarksville where I lived. I drove up to teach that morning anyway and my transmission blew about 10 miles outside Nashville. I didn't have a cell phone at the time so I waited for about an hour on the side of the interstate before a state cop pulled up. He took me to a gas station so I could make some calls. I called the school I was teaching at and the secretary nearly started crying because she said they thought I had been killed in the tornado. I left that car right where it sat on the side of road and never saw it again. It would have cost more to tow it and fix it than it was worth.
