I really dont think we give them best available.

Not fair to the guys waiting who potentially have them on their lists, just saying.

We go NFL draft style and each time they get dropped and past the time limit.

Especially when people say "i should be around, im me on my phone" and know we are where we are now.

in a little bit i have to leave to go home. Ill be gone an hour or so. If at that time its 14 picks till my pick and then a wrap around pick 4 picks later, i will be sure to send Dave a list of 18..

I say we cut everyone slack, but just for the remainder of this round.
Let EVERYONE know that starting in Round 3, if Dave IM's or texts you and there is no response and he does not have a list, you drop to the bottom of that round.

Keep it simple yet fair so they get a chance to pick a player they want.
I agree that it is not fair to give them the best player that is left available based on what they need.

Just my 2 cents.
