Is anyone at home that can test something?

I'm heading option logic for CPU defenders is broke. Apparently if the QB can get to the edge, which is supposed to be easier now, and he pitches it, the defender that is supposed to go to the RB will just stand there and not react. Anyone free to lab this?

Now after that, Season 2....we could easily run a 20 team league (full home/home just like in real life) as I think we have 20 guys who play this game or would be interested in it. Just off the top of my head:

This might explain a big Wildcat option run I had last night. I thought the way the defense reacted after I pitched it was odd.....only like the 5th speed option pitch I've made since the game came out though so I'm not sure if it's changed.

A friend just AIMed me and he put a video of it in his dynasty recap last night. Had a CB dropping back to what looked like buzz zone coverage, he pitched to the RB on a Speed Option and the CB just stood there. HB had the ball about 5-7yds in front of him and CB didn't move until someone came and blocked him, well after the HB was by him.

In the past , anything that runs during the NDL season falls flat.

I can only remember the NBA2k league of this past offseason and the 2006 World Cup tournaments we ran being successful and those were both offseason leagues.

So if not for that fact I'd be interested.

I have a $38 credit to GameStop and was debating NHL 12 or FIFA... I'm not a die hard fan of either sport, but I vaguely watch both and understand a few basic strategies to each sport (probably hockey more so than soccer, because I play broomball). If there was some good ole NDL FIFA action, I'd probably pick it up just to play other NDLers. Keeping in mind, I haven't played a soccer video game since early PS2 days.

There will most definitely be lots of NDLers playing FIFA and a league or 2 as well.

I suck less at FIFA.

I agree block that most fail but we are in a new period of ncaa "love". MOst are not die hard about NCAA like back in the day and people are already tired of ea's shit this version. It may work.

Hell I may last 4 weeks!!!!

Now you can have FC Twente or Ajax, plenty of "van der"s on those clubs.
