I really appreciate the vote of confidence Rob, however, you should probably re-think your pick. lol

Decent run by Omaha this year. You look at this team and you see 70-75 wins tops. Somehow they finished above .500 again. Good luck to all in the playoffs, I'll try to meet ya there next year.

Still young enough with my 1/2 punch of Lopez and Reed to keep this .500 record rolling for a couple of more years. Just need some bullpen help and a couple of decent defenders who can hit the ball to be competitive

9-3 against Cookeville this season, so obviously they will sweep me in the playoffs.

You may benefit from a rookie mistake by Hank.

Campbell: 32%, exhausted
Denson: 43%, Tired
Bill White:, 68%, Tired

You may not see Denson and Campbell until game 3 or 4.

Ouch!

Not that I have Denson/Campbell combo, but I'm in the same boat. But even though I was up 4 games, with the injuries to my lineup and having 3 games vs LA in the final sim, I decided not to take any chances with trying to mess with my rotation to have it set for the playoffs. It won't matter anyway, this will be a quick series for the Duck Faces.

I would have had you as a slight favorite over the Ducks fully healthy but with missing Brock and Stevens against this deep rotation I agree.

But Sheltown has "shocked" the world this season, why not again in the postseason!?!

Speaking of, the Ducks have a chance to be the sleeper team in the postseason.

Stacked rotation and one of the best bullpens in baseball.
His lineup doesn't have anyone over 25 which is amazing in itself and will be the biggest concern.

But we know the postseason is all about pitching. ;)

Not just Nole-speak but I'd give the Ducks the advantage over me at full strength. They've quietly amassed a heck of a rotation, all mid-20s. Sheltown can hit but I don't think our rotation could keep up with them. Throw in the injuries to Brock/Stevens and a total of 4 starters missing from my lineup, it should be quick work for OCD.

Where is this huge       difference?
Barnes: .330/37HR/144RBI/.392OBP/.566SLG/.958OPS/162OPS+/7.2WAR
Grady: .342/18HR/87RBI/.414OBP/.526SLG/.940OPS/159OPS+/9.5WAR

Defense, defense, defense!! :)

Barnes benefits from having 8 guys around him who hit like .380.

Grady all day!
