Again, if you think FSU wasn't trying to protect the brand......

You are acting like he was a well known student and player at the time the incident took place. He wasn't. He was a redshirt freshman who had yet to play a down. He wasn't even the favorite for the starting job.
In the past year two other football players have been accused and prosecuted for sexual battery. One has already been removed from the team and one is awaiting the hearing. So it isn't about protecting the brand like you say.

I didn't say the player. I said the brand.

He wasn't the only football player involved. He also was a highly-regarded recruit who was expected to be the starter eventually (probably not this year but later on).

Like I said....it happens w every program. At every school. It's why a guy like Chane Behanan at UofL get busted over TWENTY TIMES by police/the university for drugs, and it never got reported, and he never got charged. Pitino suspended him a few times for "violating team rules", that was all.

Who is saying that FSU isn't concerned about protecting their brand? I mean obviously the people who changed the logo don't care, but your responding as if we are claiming that the university is a selfless organization that only wants to help people

You are "dangerously speculating" that FSU handled everything perfectly and couldn't have done anything better in handling the complaints.

I just am tired of my FSU friends being so contradicting after what Miami went through and all the slander being thrown out there by a convicted, ponzi scheming idiot that was taken as gospel but in their situation FSU and Winston are angels and persecuted by a cleat chaser!

Not sure how much you want to spend per ticket, but I am looking on tickethub.com right now and endzone tickets are $117 each.

Yea, we figured we would be paying $100+ easily each so sounds about right.

Will need area info and best places to stay etc being that it's Lincoln Nebraska our options are. Probably limited.

Shit, I thought it was in Miami, and I would still be out at $100+ per ticket...much less Nebraska.

Never stayed in Lincoln, I may just stay in Omaha and make the 30-45 minute trip there for the game. I will know some people there that definitely will be tailgating.

We should try to get a NDL gathering together. Maybe Trendon could make the trip out for the game.

Downtown Omaha is a blast. Great food and bars there.

Let me know when you get your tickets so I can try to get seats close to you guys as you will be more limited in where you can sit with more people in your party.
