tbf i'm more talking about the overall makeup of the pitcher and not just the overall potential. My scout is neutral and legendary at scouting minor leagues, so I would think that he is good, but who knows

Even on 17 Lou was never better than 75 in any category and as low as 65. He even won the cy young award once... There's other shit you have to look at. It seems having a lot of mediocre pitches is just as effective as having 3 great ones.

Why is it that I download a new file after I've deleted all my emails and exported that 5-10 random emails come back? I'm tired of getting my damn emails from my owner telling me he's reducing my Budget over and over and over again. Does anyone know why this continues to happen? Even in 17 I would get the same email about the INT Amateurs entering the market almost all season.

I've had the same issue. I've tried a fresh downloaded file, deleting all, deleting and immediately saving, etc. Nothing seems to work.

I think someone explained it a while ago that our file is so old and complex that we will have shit like this just happen. Nothing we can do about it at this point.
