The first quarter I played defensive sim because i was in a hurry and the computer decided to let Luck throw all over the place and spotted Stanford a 21-0 lead, so after throwing a fit, i took control and managed to get it back to 21-21 at the 4 minute mark of the 3rd, stood that way until a 1:30 in the 4th when standford went up 24-21. On the ensuing kickoff WR Woods of USC returned to USC's 30. Barkley picked apart Stanford in the Middle, on 3 straight plays. for some reason Stanford was protecting the sidelines and forgot about the middle of the field. Barkly found Woods for a 13yard slant for the go ahead TD. USC 28-Stanford 24
FSU just took my team out cold. I lost my starting QB, RB, WR, TE possibly some OL on offense, and a LB on defense. They got lots of pressure on some jumped snaps, as my OL could not get back to protect the QB in time. Reid took 2 kickoffs back as well as a pick 6. those 3 plays were the difference, as well as the short fields that lack of ball control gave them.
now I pull for whoever has to play FSU, as thats my only shot at a ACC-CG appearance.
What is up with the computer and jumping the snap? They seem to do it every damn play and yet I can't draw them offsides with a hard-count. Stupid EA.
I finally got an easy win, stomping New Mexico by about 28. This was after I gave up at halftime again Boise as they beat me by over 40. That HFA on the blue turf was nuts. My QB got rattled and not only were all the pre-play lines squiggly and the screen shaking, all passing icons were question marks until the snap of the ball. He was overthrowing people left and right by 5-10 yards every time. Crazy game.

VT beat Duke by a lot but man my team played like shit today. I know they will need to bring it vs Troy next week and then FSU after them. Oh boy in for a rough 2 weeks!
Hey man not sure about today, I would have to play it by ear. I know I have to go get the kids school stuff sometime today, he starts Tuesday. Tomorrow I should be around pretty much all day if we can't get together today. Just would like to play before the football game started tomorrow night. I'll try and hit you up on AIM if I get time today.
