I found the problem. The "transfer failed" problem only occurs coincidentally when players wanting to transfer are convinced to stay. I should have noticed that sooner

Since everyone but uconn was done (and he didnt have anyone leaving), I advanced to transfer requests. Next advance tomorrow evening.

I understand people wanting to see them, I just cycle through the teams from the players leaving screen to see if anyone is wanting to transfer in to my team, mostly so I'll know who I need to cut lol.

Is everyone ok keeping to the 24 hour schedule through Thanksgiving? We will be on position changes and that should only take about 15 minutes to complete.

Probably, I know on thanksgiving I'll be out all day pretty much, but if we advance at a reasonable time the night before I should have no problem.
