That was actually kinda underwhelming... I was hoping for a WR. He didn't even run his own best time. Granted, he still smoked everyone

Not to mention the last 50 meters he just left everyone behind.

And won by over a tenth of a second.

Which was the exact same thing he did last time, only was faster last time. Maybe it's just the buildup of having to wait through spoilers and then until the end of the night, but I was thinking there was some crazy surprise at the end. It was still a great race, and was really cool that at one point the 3 americans were right there

But last time wasn't at the Olympics, w the pressure he had on him of people saying he was done.

Wife and I were watching this and the moment he said "all she has to do is land on her feet and she has gold" I looked to my wife and said she is going to fall because of that.

She looked at me like I was a crazy superstitous fool....then she fell.

He makes it look so easy, its insane.

The American guys look like they were going to bust a blood vessel in their brains they were trying so hard and he is just cruising.

Yup. It's like he's just striding it out. I heard last night that it takes him 41 steps to finish the race, and everyone else 44.

I said the same thing. "What are they going to do when she loses?" was what I said after about the 10th time of him saying she is a lock.

that was the fastest he's ever run at the olympics. hence the OLYMPIC record.

he ran the 9.59 or whatever at a world championship or some other race i think.

Turn on NBCSN if you have the chance.

US trying to get to the Final for a rematch with Japan and three goals in five minutes just happened.

Canada went ahead with a second goal from Christine Sinclair, not more than two minutes later Megan Rapinoe clanked one off the post. Just about the very next time down the field that Sinclair girl finishes off the hat trick to put Canada back ahead.
