I left yesterday for Amman before the upload and he was signed in yesterdays sim (December 28th) and I wasn't able to put him on the roster

where do you see the results of rule 5 on game?

And Corey was tracking this as I gave him a list of people to put on my rule 5 draft list as well

I didn't even know I got him via FA is my point. I wasn't saying you were tracking him, rather that I was leaving my site. I sign a guy and then the next sim I lose him for Rule 5? C'mon now, that's just stupid

Not really.

It goes back to the argument that Hillsboro shouldn't suffer and miss out on other guys because the other team didn't do their due diligence.

What is hard for you to understand Shel? There was no due diligence? I left my compound around midnight your time on Friday (just got back a couple of hours ago). I PM'd Corey to make a draft list for me, as well as Rob (who tried exporting but it didn't take obviously). I couldn't foresee a guy being signed on Saturday and then being drafted on Sunday.
