This is a pretty weird story, can't imagine a similar scenario with the NBA or NFL, would be hilarious.

So Everton, a Premier League team, had a friendly against this team that is like in the 7th division in Austria, and Everton won 22-0. At one point on a breakaway, the goalie just walked away and let the dude score lol.

I read that the team they played has virtually no social media presence, just an FB page with 113 follows, and their page didn't even promote this match against a Premier League team

Hey guys.....haven't been here in like six months haha. Missed whole World Cup

Anyhoo..... Kevin De Bruyne out 2-3 months with a knee injury sustained in practice today. Massive blow to City and further proof that the Premier League instituting their early transfer deadline was STUUUUUUPID.

I disagree. I think Liverpool can topple them if KDB is out a while. The Silva boys are solid fill-ins, but KDB cannot be replaced like-for-like with anybody they have. It will force Pep to change his system, or run it less efficiently.

the biggest "r u joking" to me was Bakayoko to AC for a loan + 35m buy. I get he had a bad yr but hes still young and has yrs to get better. Chelsea confuses me.

He wasn't ever going to fit in with Sarri's system. Sarri prefers technically-sound players, and Bakayoko is a tank. He is also struggling at Milan. He was directly responsible for their blowing a 2-0 lead and losing 3-2 to Napoli and Gattuso ripped him publicly.

United won because Mourinho let them attack in the 2nd half. Lukaku said that is how they should always be allowed to play.

Mo has to go asap, before someone else signs Zidane/Henry and United are left scrambling.

Last I read Henry was going to manage Monaco and not sure why Zidane would want to inherit the squad and more importantly Woodwards setup.

I do agree that Mournihos formation and lineup choices are a major issue and generally he seems like he's doing everything in his power to get them to sack him

Jimmy Haslam and an ownership group has stepped in to save the crew. Very exciting for Cbus

As an FCC fan, I'm thrilled that Columbus is staying. This is great news for both teams and hopefully a nice rivalry builds in the future.

Will FCC finally win a playoff game this weekend, or will they leave the USL with zero wins in three years?

Had Nashville down on Saturday and let them get the draw. Hoping on home turf they can make it happen. I don't think I'm going though... I've got plans for 9p Saturday night and I'm not sure I want to spend the afternoon in what might be crappy conditions (50ish and raining).

Yeah we have a rematch as well with Indy (dominated them but only won 1-0), and I have to miss it as well (UK-Vandy is at 7:30). Will have to miss part of first half of 2nd round as well, if we win (UK-Mizzou at 4pm, so won't be done with postgame until halftime at earliest), which sucks because club is flying Matt Fondy in to "congratulate" Cameron Lancaster on breaking his USL single-season goal scoring record, and I'll miss it.

And if we both win out, the Saturday we would play for the East....is the UK-Georgia game at home, so there's no way in hell I get to attend match in Cincy. Ugh. I guess this is the trade I made for being on the field for the entire playoffs (including the final) last year.
