KD played yesterday cause it was 3-1 for Toronto and GSW have been publicly frustrated with the heart of KD.. now hes injured and done for a yr+ because of their own egos questioning a players injury.

i think you guys overrate how much power medical staffs actually have..I dont quite think a blllion dollar industry + million dollar athletes listen to everything a doc says.

I mean, theres a movie called "concussions" you guys can watch on the NFL.. where they routinely go against doctors wishes every week playing injured players.

to recap

Medical Staff - not to blame
Kerr/Myer - to blame
KD - to blame

also game 6 is gonna be a slaughter so say goodbye to the Golden State dynasty. Klays gonna look good in Purp/Gold. Also in Space Jam 2 with his teammate Lebron.

Why not? Because they cleared him.

It's just the nature of sports nowadays where someone always has to be blamed for something.

If the physicians cleared him, and KD knew what risks were there and he and his team/agent decided he was good to take those risks, there is no one to blame.

We don't know all the details, so I don't know why we have to assign blame to anyone right now.

Whether they would or wouldn't doesn't change anything I've said about information we are lacking and always having to blame someone because of that lack of information.

Odds to land AD had a big change today, Lakers becoming the huge favorites. Nothing substantial from the main trusted guys, but a lot of small rumors on a 3 teamer that nets Beal in New Orleans, AD to LAL, and the Lakers essentially splitting their assets between sending to NO and Washington.

Lakers -500
Knicks +375
Field +1000
Stays +4000

Lakers have to give up the 4th thought right?

I figured Knicks had the best shot with the 3rd pick and some other pieces

Yes, Lakers have to give up Ingram, Ball, and the 4th as the main pieces. Who would go to which team and what other side pieces haven't really been stated in the rumors.

If the Wiz are getting rid of Beal they should be getting Ingram, Ball, and the 4th pick or that’s a terrible haul. If it’s less they have to be attaching Wall and shipping him somewhere

We shall see.

Obviously the Pels can't get all the best parts, but the Pels would certainly have to get at the very least 1 of Ball/Ingram/#4 in addition to Beal IMO.

Something like Beal/Ball/#9 overall and a future 1st or 2. So Washington could get #4/Ingram/Kuz or something like that.

Thats the best an AD can get at this point? Seems rather uninspiring for a top player like that.

Well, the all prospect type offers are pretty big in terms of a ton of players/picks...speculated of course.

But if they're getting Beal, they can't expect a huge return in addition. He was 26/5/5 last season.

Seems lackluster considering but lots of moving parts and rumors at this point.
