Also where is Sam Steele? Why is Heather Cox interviewing people.

Someone on twitter made an interesting point. They said that Cardale Jones should declare for the draft now. His stock is never going to be higher and he runs the risk of being a backup again for the remainder of his career.

I just saw Shaun King's commentary on it. At first I was like "WTF"... but then I thought about it and it's probably the right thing. He's 6'5" 250+ and has a huge arm. He's athletic enough to pick up a first down with his legs, but he doesn't rely on his legs. Also, going back to his tweet from awhile back, he's not really a fan of college.

The best I see coming out of another season for him in Columbus, is a dual QB system, which would be a mess for both him and JT Barrett. I don't think his draft stock will get any higher than it is right now, even if he only ends up as a 3rd/4th round pick.

Re: College Football 2014
Mark May just stated this on Sportscenter as well. I don't see why not. You come in and win the 3 biggest games of the year. Those being the B1G championship, Sugar Bowl, and a National Championship. I wouldn't be shocked or upset if he left.LetsGoPeay wrote:Someone on twitter made an interesting point. They said that Cardale Jones should declare for the draft now. He definitely should IMO.LetsGoPeay wrote:Someone on twitter made an interesting point. They said that Cardale Jones should declare for the draft now. His stock is never going to be higher and he runs the risk of being a backup again for the remainder of his career.
Ohio State has 3 QBs, I think I heard this last night:
- 1 is a 2 time Big 10 player of the year
- 1 finished in the top 5 for Heisman this year
- 1 just dominated the Final 4 and title game
LSU has Anthony Jennings.

They've also got Jalin Marshall, who basically did everything at Middletown HS. If he had about 2"-3", we may have never heard of Cardale Jones. Part of the reason Urban switched him is because he had that "Percy Harvin" feel about him. (I think he was right, lol)

Well I'll say congratulations to classy and classless Buckeyes fans. While I cannot stand Urban, he is an all time great now, he did a very impressive job this season.

The funniest part is looking at what Oracle said in relation to what he quoted, Whitt didn't even say anything to get worked up over.packsyd2284 wrote:You fsu guys are making it really hard on yourselves to be likeable after these comments tonight and for most of the season.

You can have the same debate in the NFL thread where if Russell Wilson wins 1 more game, THEN he's elite.

Whatever man. Some people can't take a joke. If we would have been in the same room, you would have at least snickered.packsyd2284 wrote:You fsu guys are making it really hard on yourselves to be likeable after these comments tonight and for most of the season.
