for you guys looking for links or still buffering, this dude from A&M just put up 300 yards in the first half.
Amazing performance. Sumlin was beaming afterwards.

I remember when people asked if Sumlin could coach in the SEC. Then they wondered if he could do it again.
So.... Yes.

So.... Yes.
People at Purdue were wanting him so bad. Instead they stuck with Danny Hope for another year and then got Hazell.
Purdue....

It's only one game, but I have to think that if Hill continues playing like this it is going to seriously diminish the legend of Johnny Football.

If he keeps playing like that he'll diminish the legend of every QB ever

Qbs in Sumlins system put up huge numbers and prob always will. It won't diminish Manziel in the slightest because most of Manziels awesome plays were with his legs. It's pretty hilarious how Theodora hyped up Manziel and now are slowly trying to rip his ass to shreds.

NOTRE DAME SCHEDULE:
vs Rice - Win by 3+ TDs
vs Michigan - Win, close game
vs Purdue (N) - Win by double digits
BYE
vs Syracuse (N) - Win by 3+ TDs
vs Stanford - Loss, close game
vs North Carolina - Win, close game
@ Florida State - Loss, could get blown out
BYE
@ Navy - Win by 2 TDs or less
@ Arizona State - Win by 2 TDs or less
vs. Northwestern - Win big
vs. Louisville - Win big
@ USC - Win, close game
This is my optimistic outlook. 10-2 is where I think the team could potentially be, even if that means stealing a win vs. Stanford, but slipping up versus Michigan or USC. 9-3 is probably where they end up and if they went 8-4, that would be understandable. I'd consider anything worse as a disaster season.

Temple smoking Vandy is interesting. I think Vandy was a 2 TD fav.

Just shows how good of a coach Rich Franklin is IMO. I think he will turn it around at PSU.

Watching the Iowa/Northern Illinois game while I work from home today and what a finish.
Iowa blocked 2 FG's to end the game.
The first was blocked, ball did not go past the line of scrimmage and was recovered by UNI.
So they try again on 2nd down, blocked again to end the game.

He came to play. Spurrier is probably still standing on the sideline, with his visor on the ground, clipboards littering his general vicinity, and scratching his head saying Kenny who?

We were talking as coaches in the office yesterday and we were all wondering the same thing.......since Spurrier has been back what happened to all of those awesome QB's and their numbers they used to put up? It is like he went to the NFL and came back to college w a different mentality. Go back to the air raid my man!!!!

Because he had a dual threat QB and great RBs. Now that they are gone you will probably see more of the UF O.

Pretty sure you watched a game from 2 years ago. NIU played Presbyterian last night and whooped their ass 55-3.
