8 of my starters are the exact same as last year, and this year I currently have 5 guys batting under .200

this happens to me like every other year for some reason... nothing changes except the offense and their contact.

When coaches got deleted your strategy settings went back to default in the middle. If you had some funky strats that worked for you that might be the issue.
