Advanced to week 6

user vs user games this week:
Minnesota (champ) @ Illinois (tfan)
Midd Tenn State (buckeye) @ EMU (magnum)

A couple big tests for Duke and Baylor versus ranked cpu opponents! Kent St and UTEP on bye weeks.

Again, if you need extra time for user vs user games, please let me know. We'll advance again Monday night (unless everyone finishes earlier). GL

Illi comes out a winner after MInn gave them a tough game. Illi ran just 29 plays all game compared to the 52 for Minny. Illi did not run one offensive play in the 3rd quarter thanks to a lond drive that ate up 4:30 and a Illi KR for TD. Illi managed to run 6 straight plays to kill hte clock at the end of the game so those numbers are jaded a bit.

The first attempt of this game was another story. McGee was 7-10 with 196 yards passing and 2 Tds to Arellius Benn. But a DQ nullified that game as the first quarter was due to end.

pretty much waiting on the buckeye vs magnum game and kdog vs the cpu.

*edited*...magnum and buckeye will play tonight! so we'll advance tomorrow, hopefully kdog gets some time to play (if you play tonight, let me know and we can advance early)

Advance time......they've been given enuff time.....the ultimate goal is to get as many seasons in, as possible, IMO!

yeah...buckeye was supposed to post here last night..they tried to play but his controller broke so they rescheduled for this evening..not sure what time.

Any new news guys? We'll advance as soon as they play or around 10 pm est tonight if they haven't.b

Advanced to week 7

user vs user games this week:
NONE!!!!

GL and we'll try to advance Wednesday still if everyone is done..if not Thursday asap...since all are vs the cpu.

Illi gets the Rivalry win vs Idiana on the road. After being down 28-14 at half, Illi goes on a tear and wins the game 42-31 behind a 5 Td performance by Eddie McGee. McGee had 3 tds passing 41,25,6 and 2 rushing 4,9(both in the 4th quarter).

Terry Hawthorne adds another KR for a TD in hte second quarter his 3rd game in a row with a TD and 4 over all on the season.

Next up #16 Wisonsin.

Sorry Tom and Tfan, We tried Sunday night, my controller broke.........we ll something broke as anytime i would punt it would be a fake punt!!!!! I had a problem with the L2 button. Oh well, my apologies for holding it up. I went out and bought a new 50 dollar controller....arggg! Beats a new system i guess.....knock on wood.

I hate EA. I am up 21-0 against #9 Texas with 0:36 left in the 3rd. And then EA does their usual BS. Quick score, force a fumble which leads to score and then scores with 0:16 left in game to tie it. Getting tired of this crap. Lose in 2 OT.

BTW, I will not be around pretty much Friday until Monday night. So if you can hold on advancing after the next advance to let me the game in on Monday night.

sounds good...looks like we'll wait to advance until tomorrow night...so then you can play Friday before you leave and then we'll hold off advancing until you play your game Monday night.

Well if you advance tonight I could play. Because then you could advance on Monday. I don't know when our next advance is anyway. And I didn't look ahead to see if I had a bye or a user vs user game.

Me LIKEY that attitude! I'll be getting my game & recruiting done, friday afternoon.

Illi takes down #10 Wisky 42-32. This was a close game throughout as neither team was consistent. Sr Qb Eddie McGee was 17-23 330 4 TDs 0 INTS. Wisky actually outgained Illi 399 to 346, but the defense stepped up on some big plays when they needed it.

Next up after the bye week 3 tough games @ Purdue, vs #6 Penn St, @ #13 Ohio State. Illi is still not ranked despite only losing to Louisville who is #15 in the polls.

I will do my best to get it in tonight when I get home from bowling. It might be about 930 or so before I can start.
