I'd rather see that than more Brett Favre.

I'm just hoping for some more Oreo commercials....fingers crossed

Vilma, shockey, and Wayne in the super bowl!

What's the line open at, 6.5 or so with the colts favored??

I just hope it doesn't rain like the last super bowl in Miami.

Hey shel, start callin Riccio. Maybe he can get you some super bowl tickets.

That definitely wouldn't have happened ten fold if Favre's team woulda won.

Lol someone needs to have a drink. You too, Tfan....and I'm a grown man, don't talk to me like I'm a child. It's unbecoming.

Fact is, he just played the Jets and the Packers to get what he wanted--he wanted to go to Minnesota. He used deception (retirement, and begging to be released from his contract) to get his way; then got treated like he was "special", where all the other players had to do workouts, mini-camps, etc. He is a prima donna who thinks he is so much more special than everyone else. Like I said, karma bit him in the ass.

And if you don't like what I have to say, tough. I know I'm not the only one who finds it absolutely poetic justice that Favre fucked himself, his teammates, and his franchise. Want to get mad at someone? Then get mad at him throwing the gam,e and a trip to the Super Bowl, right into the hands of Tracy Porter.

I'm with jsence here for a change. I don't agree with all that you said, but to an extent.

I don't understand the Favre love fest. Never have. I would be laughing my ass off so bad if this fucker didn't cost my favorite team. Any other team and I'd be enjoying every minute but he really just fucked us over with that interception. All I wanted was a chance, which he gave us but ruined it instead of letting Longwell attempt a field goal. If Longwell missed the FG chance he should of had, tough shit and tough season overall but I hate Favre a little less.

save some blame for childress for the crappy playcalling. on no planet is a 50 yard field goal a gimme. i can understand the first run but not the second one. then how in the world do you end up with 12 in a huddle after you just called a time out? stupid, stupid, stupid. i wonder if brett wanted to change those plays.

the vikings worked that team up and down the field, and the defense shut them down for the most part....and they lose. just sad.

True but easily 90% of blame is on Favre for that last sequence in the 4th quarter. No excuse for a veteran of his kind to throw a pick like that. Its nearly unheard of from anyone much less a guy that gets such a giant love fest.

I have no beef with you loving or not loving Brett appeal.....but you make it sound like the man slaughtered your family. Sometimes you speak as if the everyones actions are a personal attack on you.....

Well let me guess, you in your perfect state of being have never flip flopped or taken a stance knowing it was going to lead to somethiing else.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but yours lately, and for some time, has been so over the top that we should be entitled not to hear it. We need a SPOILER aler for your posts when you go all high and mighty.

Carry on....

To pin this game on Favre is fucking insane. I have been in his spot trying to make a play and throwing it across your body, shit happens. The Vikings had numerous chances and failed.

Jsense its pretty simple, Brett Favre wanted to be in Green Bay, they just didn't tell him he would be the starter and that's not what he wanted. The media blows his fucking retirement/non retirement way out of proportion. He is a grown man who makes his own decisions and can come back whenever the fuck he pleases. He doesn't have to please me you or the next guy.

Lets not take away that this was a fantastic football game with all kinds of wild ass shit going on. I think the Colts will win in two weeks, they ahve been there before and have the best player maybe the NFL has ever seen calling their plays and throwing the passes. I like the colts by 13 or more in two weeks.

Congrats Shel long time Saints fan and don't forget congrats Big Mike who I know is a pretty big Colts fan.

Fumbles...last pick was dumb by Brett, but the Vikes caught a bad case of fumblitis today that changed the game dramatically. Fumbles in the red zone...fumble to essentially gift wrap the TD to Bush in the second half. I doubt the Colts will be as giving as the Vikings were (yes, I also know that they probably won't have as much success against Drew).

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing Favre play one more season. The Vikes have the defense to get it done as we saw today. With Harvin and Rice continuing to grow, they have a great shot at being back IF Brett plays how he did this season for 17+ weeks. That last throw was dumb, but he played good for the amount of pressure he was under the whole game. Just skip all the drama and training camp, and be ready when preseason rolls around.

Peterson needs to fix the fumbles...seriously. Amazes me to see a player so good, yet have such a horrible weakness.

AP reporting it to open up at 4. Kinda shocked. Expect that to go up real quick with money going in on the Colts, lol.

I don't even know if Riccio has that kind of hookup. Oh who am I kidding, I'm sure he already has 50 yard line seats. But I doubt I can swing a couple of grand to go to 1 damn football game.

Coaches do that shit ALL the time and it annoys me to no end, playing for the 45+ yard field goals.

Look, Favre and his off-season antics annoy the shit out of me and I don't care for him as a result, but, holy overblown post Batman!!!!
